Edward Hasbrouck is a travel expert, award-winning investigative journalist, author of travel how-to and consumer advice books, blogger, speaker, civil libertarian, and advocate for the rights of travelers.
Hasbrouck's background as a travel industry insider includes 15 years of work with airfares and airline reservation systems and software. Since 2006, he has been a consultant to the Identity Project (PapersPlease.org) on
travel-related human rights and civil liberties issues, as well as publishing his own newsletter and blog at Hasbrouck.org.
